People often see the branding, the setups, the growth, the activations, the content, and assume there’s a big machine behind it all. The truth is, so much of what we’re building at Izizwe Memorial still runs on people who simply believe. People who show up early, stay late, step into roles that aren’t even in their job description, and give their energy to something bigger than themselves.
There are moments where we’ve had to borrow team members from Straxom just to make sure things get done, but somehow it has never felt forced or half-hearted. Every single time, they’ve gone out of their way to reassure us that they believe in the vision, the mission, and what Izizwe Memorial is becoming.
That kind of support cannot be bought. It comes from shared purpose, shared belief, and people who genuinely care.
As much as we are building a business, we are also building a community of people who want to serve families with dignity, love, and excellence. For that, we are deeply grateful.
