Animal chiropractors have undertaken comprehensive training. This means as well as adjusting they are also able to give information and advice on home exercise plans and rehab. After your appointment you animal chiropractor should discuss anything that would be beneficial to undertake prior to your next appointment (e.g. the use of cold or heat, stretches, warm-up / cool down).
