Wow the amount of times I've wanted to just give up and hang in the towel. In February I will share a message with you that I had written to myself in 2019. 2019 was the most tumultuous ride my of life as I flung myself into China, danger, uncertainty and running away from trauma hoping that I would find answers abroad. We all have wounds, some deeper than most and what this imprinting into the biochemistry of the body has done has created a dopamine of pain. We can't live without it. We remind ourselves daily that we don't deserve the beauty, wealth and riches. Yet none of us were born or created to suffer. We suffer because we chose pain over peace. It's as simple as that. When we lay down the fight and forge on into healing and wholeness it's then that life, creation, divinity meets us, because we showed up! Show the f**k up for your life! Let go of that which has come and gone! Show up for your timeline that has already won! It is standing at the winning line screaming for you to run!!! Run into your becoming!! Run!!!

It's as if technology has made sure we lose our ability to speak from our hearts. We have lost the clear and honest conversation because we are wounded. Sometimes firm discussions are necessary so that people know where they stand with you. But we give it up and sacrifice our space and boundaries because people demand it. Today is not that day. Be firm, listen to guidance and if you are asked to approach it firm kindness and empathy then don't ignore it.
Those who are meant for your community and circle will appreciate and respect your honesty, not from ego or with ego but with sincere love.

You are a spiritual being having a human experience, capable through the understanding that the energy flowing through and around you is conceptionalised into existence through the intention that is created from the static energy from the heart flowing through your hands. Thus in prayer you are activating all your desires and intention through the electromagnetic activation through intention. Believing that it is yours already.

You are your own magician your own magic. You decide how this will all turn out. You are your own muse and your own destruction. You either create or destroy.
It's no outside factor or influence or one person or event that is in charge you are of every breath every thought every action every response.
You decide how your day unfolds through your actions.
The day you consciously tell the universe the divine that you are ready to step into your power, time stops. The cosmos takes a snapshot of that event. They celebrate in the background because you took the steps. Not taking them is the crux.

Do you really? Has your heart become so coiled with resentment that nothing ever works out for you and life is never on your side and it has always been your enemy?
Don't worry I had a harsh check-in with myself yesterday about this exact feeling. Your path and your life is not anyone else's. BUT you wising and wanting theirs is like ripping off with wings from an eagle sticking them on you with glue and hoping you'll fly.
🥺😭😳 we've all held onto that same string so many times and we let it go because "oh wait that string looks prettier", when actually your string was divinely created for you, ordained and YOU let it go.
What limiting beliefs do you now have to release from your timeline? How many times have you cursed yourself without knowing?
We lack trust, trust that every single moment on our paths has been divinely orchestrated.
I think it's time we all let go that which no longer serves us so that we can shine like the star the diamond the f**king comet we were meant to be.
