Why faces “drop” with age – and how we lift them back.

Youthful faces are shaped like an inverted triangle: full cheeks, lifted midface, and a defined jawline.
As we age, that shape gradually becomes an upright triangle – heavier in the lower face, flatter in the midface, and less defined along the jawline.

This happens because of:
• Bone loss
• Fat pad descent
• Skin laxity & weakened connective tissue
• Gravity doing its thing

The result? Volume shifts downward, the midface hollows, and the jawline loses definition.

Every filler and biostimulator treatment I do is planned with one goal in mind:
➡️ Rebuilding the inverted triangle
➡️ Restoring lift, structure, and youthful proportions
➡️ Not just filling – but lifting and supporting

This is aesthetic medicine with strategy, anatomy, and longevity in mind.

If you’re ready to lift, restore, and age beautifully – you know where to find me.

Ideally, the chin should sit 0–2 mm behind the Ricketts line (the line from the nose tip to the chin). Too far back can create a weak profile, while too far forward can appear harsh.
From the side, the lips and chin should form a soft, elegant S-curve – not a straight line and not a dip.
In proportion, the chin should balance the nose and lips, and the lower third of the face should be in harmony with the middle and upper thirds.

Of course, some people naturally have a chin that is more prominent or more recessed than the “ideal guidelines” – and it suits their face perfectly. However, filler blindness is a very real phenomenon.
It’s never about making the chin big – it’s about making it harmonize. Subtle. Balanced. Beautiful. 💉✨

✨ Natural Beauty✨

This woman is truly one of the sweetest souls and most inspiring humans I’ve ever met 🤍 I love this human soo much!!
I first met her two years ago, when I did her very first filler treatment ever — and what amazed me today is that parts of her face still retained some of the volume from that first treatment. She did however lose some weight since i saw her last, which obviously also contributed to volume loss. (She lost > 60 kgs during the last 3 years btw! 😍 what a champion!!)

Today wasn’t about “starting over” — it was simply time for maintenance. And I mean, she was gorgeous before I ever touched her face. I also think she has the most perfect nose. 😍

Today we refreshed her results with about half the amount of filler we needed at her very first session two years ago, focusing on:
• Chin
• Cheeks
• Jawline
• Temples
• Plus a touch of Botoxin
And lippies of course

Subtle, balanced, and always tailored to her — enhancing, never changing 🤍

🖤 Natural results. Smart maintenance. Timeless faces.

Not all faces age the same.
There are 4 types of facial ageing 👇

1. Deformational
Heaviness and downward shift.
Jowls form, contours blur — but wrinkles are minimal.

2. Tired
Volume loss = hollow under-eyes and flattened cheeks.
You look exhausted even when you’re not.

3. Muscular
Strong facial muscles, strong expressions.
Lines form early, but structure stays firm.

4. Wrinkled
Thin skin, fine lines everywhere.
It’s about skin quality, not volume.

Which one do you think you are, or will be, if you look at your genetics?

✨ Most people are a combination — which is why personalised treatment matters.
