There will be moments when standing for Jesus costs you something.
When faith is misunderstood.
When obedience feels lonely.
When doing what’s right is not applauded.
But we are not called to fit in.
We are called to stand firm.
To carry His Name is an honour.
To live unashamed is worship.
To remain faithful under pressure is victory.
If you are walking through fire for your faith, don’t shrink back.
Lift your head.
You bear the Name above every name.
And that is never something to be ashamed of.

Fit4Jesus is not about physical training alone.

It’s about training your body, renewing your mind, and strengthening your soul, all for Christ.

We believe true fitness starts on the inside.
When your heart is aligned with God, your mind anchored in His truth, and your body surrendered to His will, everything changes.

“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”
— 1 Timothy 4:8

This is your reminder today:
Don’t strive for perfection, pursue godliness.
Don’t chase strength, walk in faith.
Don’t train for applause, live for His glory.

Body. Mind. Soul.
Fit for Christ.

Everything burned.🔥

But standing in the ashes, one thing was still visible:

“My game, His glory.”

Not just words on a trailer, but a declaration of faith. A reminder that even when everything around us falls, the Name of God still stands.

The fire could take what was built by hand,
but it could not destroy what God established.
It could not erase His purpose.
It could not burn away His promises.

To anyone walking through loss, fire, or uncertainty right now:
Hold on to His Name.
Hold on to your calling.
What God started, He will finish.
His glory remains even in the ashes.
And sometimes, it is right there that courage is reborn.

Even though our Fit4Jesus trailer was lost in the Mossel Bay fires, we are standing firm in faith.

We know that the Lord is our provider and that the enemy will have to repay sevenfold. This may look like a setback, but we know who our Father is, and we trust Him to turn this into a testimony of His goodness. Keep us in your prayers, and let's watch how He blesses us through it all!

Our hearts are heavy as we witness the devastating fires in and around Mossel Bay. 🔥🔥🔥

So many families have lost homes, livelihoods, and a sense of safety. The community is hurting, exhausted, and under immense pressure.

Fit4Jesus was not spared either we have also suffered loss but in this moment, our focus is not on what was lost, but on Who remains faithful.

We want you to know that we are praying.

🙏🏼Praying for protection, comfort, strength, provision, and restoration for every person affected.

🙏🏼Praying for the firefighters, emergency teams, volunteers, and every hand helping on the ground.

🙏🏼Praying that God’s peace will cover minds and hearts during this overwhelming time.

If you are reading this, we ask you to please join us in prayer. Stand with Mossel Bay. Stand with those who have lost everything. Stand in faith that God is near to the brokenhearted and that He will rebuild what the fire has taken.

Even in the ashes, we trust that God is still at work.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

Finansiële stres sê: “Jy het nie genoeg nie.”
Depressie fluister: “Jy is nie genoeg nie.”
Maar God verklaar: “Ek is jou genoeg.”

Bou jou identiteit nie op wat jy het nie, maar op Wie Homself vir jou gegee het.
Die Here is jou Voorsiener, jou Herstel en jou Hoop.
Hou vas , God maak ’n pad waar daar geen pad is nie. ✝️🙏

True peace does not come from circumstances, seasons, or celebrations.
Peace begins when Jesus fills the ❤️

This Christmas, we pause to remember the greatest gift ever given, Emmanuel, God with us.

The Prince of Peace who brings hope, restoration, and eternal life.

✝️“Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom His favor rests.”
Luke 2:14

May our hearts be filled with Him this season.
Because when Jesus is at the centre, peace follows.

This Christmas, we remember why Jesus came.✝️
Not for recognition, but for redemption.
Not to be served, but to serve.

We choose to live the Jesus way
with love, humility, obedience and compassion.
To be the reason someone smiles.
To be His hands and feet in a broken world.

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16

At Fit4Jesus, everything we do points back to Him.
Not our name, not our plans but His Kingdom.

This season, and always,
may Jesus be seen through us.

Serving More Than Food – Serving Purpose✝️

The past few days in George reminded us again why Fit4Jesus exists, to show Jesus in practical ways.

Out of our brand-new Fit4Jesus food trailer, we had the privilege of feeding hardworking builders on site , men who give their strength daily to build for others. Before a single meal was served, the menu started with a prayer:

“Jesus, please bless the food and thank You for guiding the builders’ hands. In Your name, Amen.”

And that’s what this moment was, a blessing.
Smiles, conversations, prayer, community.
A simple meal that carried the love of Christ.

Fit4Jesus is stepping into a new season of impact, and this is only the beginning.
Wherever God opens a door, we will show up with food, with faith, with love.
