Stoked to be placed 3rd in age group, 35-39

and

18th overall in the Pro Woman's division.

5min faster than last year September. Felt much stronger than last year. 💪🏼

Mixed Doubles was the fast and the furious hahaha! Was great! I ran each loop the time I was planning in my head for the solo one... but hey... sometimes things don't go the way you planned.

6th overall in the mixed division and 4th in age group! Stoked!

I am so thankful to be healthy and to be able to compete!
So thankful for my hubby that supported me and backed me!

Thank you to .4.jesus that backed me even though I could only start my training 7 weeks ago. Waardeer julle baie baie!

and vir julle losmaak sessies!!!

My solo time might not be fantastic, but I know I conquered.. weet nie hoe om dit anders te sê nie.
