Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do…
is pause.
I began sharing my 7-Day Wellness Week with so much excitement. And then I felt something shift.
So I’m choosing to honour that.
For the next week or two, I’ll be stepping back from social media. Not because something is wrong. Not because I’ve failed. But because my mental health, clarity, and alignment matter more than momentum.
As women, we are often taught to push through. To meet expectations. To keep showing up no matter what.
But true wellness means listening inward.
It means trusting your own rhythm.
It means adjusting when something doesn’t feel aligned.
It means choosing yourself — even when you’ve already committed publicly.
You are allowed to pivot.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to change your mind.
You are allowed to protect your peace.
Wellness isn’t just yoga, nutrition, or movement.
It’s boundaries.
It’s self-trust.
It’s courage.
