Classes for ages 4-7
Children at this stage of development crave a logical order and flow to the classes every time. This make them feel secure and confident. I will allow time for them to repeat activities and poses. This repletion seals concepts in their minds. The props that I will use at this level appeal to the children’s senses and their need to learn through touch and manipulation. Classes

for ages 8-12
Children of this age enter a new plane of development. Children can reason and have very inquisitive personalities. Classes are designed to bring children into the world of abstract learning within a bigger social group that works together. Classes will offer more interactive group activities. For the 1st 2 months of class all kids will learn all the different poses, different breathing techniques, Vinyasas( warm up flows).
