Eden Peterkin: Physiotherapist working in the hospital and in the rooms.

Eden is a newly qualified physiotherapist and has great insight on new evidence based treatment techniques. She is passionate about working in the ICU. She has special interests in cardiopulmonary physiotherapy as well as an interest in the field of neurology. She is enthusiastic about the benefit of dry needling in orthopaedic conditions. She holds an honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Stellenbosch.

Eden has recently achieved her Pilates Matwork Level 1 qualification from the APPI.

Kirsten Davies: Associate Physiotherapist

Kirsten enjoys working in both the outpatient and hospital setting. She has a special interest in orthopaedics, especially joint replacements, and musculoskeletal conditions. She holds a Masters degree of Musculoskeletal Medicine and enjoys researching new and innovative orthopaedic options.

Kirsten qualified as a hand therapist through the British Association of hand therapy and has previously worked in service development and research for pyrocarbon replacements.

Larissa Davel: Physiotherapist working in the hospital, rooms and doing home visits

Larissa is a very creative physiotherapist with a great ability to think outside the box! She has a special interest in cardiopulmonary physiotherapy and has had her thesis research published in the South African Journal of Physiotherapy. Larissa’s field of interest includes intensive care, neurology and orthopaedics. Larissa holds an honours degree in physiotherapy and a diploma in cardiopulmonary physiotherapy.
All our paediatric patients love seeing Larissa, as she creatively turns therapy into play!!
