Looking at health from an holistic view means that the body and lifestyle as a whole are taken into account when addressing any health concerns. The body is intimately interconnected and when a symptom appears there is usually an underlying cause that triggered a specific symptom. Any symptom is a warning sign from your body that something is amiss. Symptoms are the body's way of communicating with us - we just need to listen and act accordingly. It is very easy and a simple solution to take medication that mutes a symptom and think the problem or health concern is solved. However, in many cases, the problem persists. The only difference is that you no longer know about it. The body is an intelligent mechanism which is capable of self-healing. It can, however, only self-heal when it is provided with what it needs in order to do so. You cannot expect your petrol fueled car engine to run on diesel, can you? It is with great sadness that I inform you of the permanent closure of Hermanus Natural Health.

It has been tough going since the world was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic and Natural Health was unfortunately impacted greatly by this.

The business is unfortunately no longer able to carry on even though I tried really hard to keep it up and running.
