Who are you? Who are you really?
Mother. Wife. Partner. Sister. Daughter. Best friend. Colleague. Employee. Leader. Entrepreneur.
These are just titles. With responsibilities.
Who are you underneath that, when you strip away the title?
It’s so easy to lose sight of your true self. We play roles for so long, that when we’re asked who we truly are, we don’t know anymore. We don’t recognise ourselves. We’re a shadow of the woman we were before. We’ve changed and didn’t realise it. We’re not even sure who the person in the mirror is looking back at us.
So how do you find your way back to your true self that exists beneath the weight of those titles and expectations?
First, you journal. You journal through where you are right now in your life, where you want to be, and everything standing in the way between here and there.
Slowly you peel back the layers until you find…you. The real you. Not the ‘you’ that you show the world. Your journal is your safe space where you get to be real and honest and say whatever you want, uncensored.
Once you’ve found that you, then you slowly build up to what that version of you truly wants. You’re a Divine Spark with a divine purpose. When we lose sight of ourselves, we lose sight of that too.
The Vision Board Journalling Method guides you through this process, from confusion to clarity, to help you live your life with purpose.
