The **brain** and the **mind** are closely related but distinct concepts.

- **Brain**: The brain is the physical organ located in the skull, made up of billions of neurons and other cells. It is responsible for controlling bodily functions, processing sensory information, and enabling movement. The brain operates on a biological level, involving chemical and electrical signals that facilitate thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

**Mind**: The mind, on the other hand, refers to the intangible processes of thought, consciousness, perception, emotions, and self-awareness. It is often seen the manifestation of the brain's activities, encompassing things like memories, beliefs, imagination, and reasoning. The mind is a concept that explains how we experience and interpret the world around us, but it does not have a physical structure like the brain.

Never underestimate the power of your mind. You are what you feed your mind. Most of the challenges we worry about only exists in the mind, sometimes what we worry about never even happens. The severity of the challenge is dependent on how much attention you give. So today, I applied some lotion which makes to body itch, 20 minutes later then my body started itching, and I was about to scratch, the part that was itching, but then I told myself that I am going to ignore the itching. It kept on coming back, but I conditioned my mind that Mind you are in control
& not the body.
The irritation disappeared on its own, I don't even remember when it stopped.

The moral of the story is: TAKE CHARGE
