Rear delt raises, Lateral raises, Standing DB Shoulder press, (tri set. 4 sets 10-15 reps) “Try for failure”
Seated DB rear delt raises, DB Lateral raises. (Super Set. 4 sets 10 reps)
Calf press on leg press. (5 sets of 20 reps)
