Sometimes the truth can sound like tough love.

We completely underestimate how much we should be moving. We were made for movement.

We also completely underestimate how adaptable our bodies are. We adapt to exercise and it becomes easier. We are also able to adapt to many "bad things" we subject our bodies to, for as long as we keep moving.

What to do if you don't like exercise? Start exercising. You hate it now because it is hard work. With enough time spent on this activity, it becomes significantly easier. If you still hate it, find a way. You're an adult. You can figure it out.

You can't "not like exercise". You're a HUMAN. You don't have a root system at the ends of your legs.

You were built for movement. It is a basic requirement for good health. Move, because humans should. There is no alternative.
