1st Day in 2021 at the outdoor gym.
I have a short story to share.
Spend 7 days in ICU during December, was totally off gym, Never off shape, but kept feeding my mind and body what it needs to survive.
I knew what I feed my body, I'll never sleep on that bed for long, thank God🙏
Love your body.
Is the only place God gave you with a Title Deed.
As I said, the story is short. 😁
But short as it is, you going through the worst in life and feel like giving up but always finding yourself seeing the sun the next morning.
You know what is that...
It's a second chance to work more on your self to know the difference between negative and positive energy in you and know which door to shut.
Fight for your life, you always have purpose when you can still opening your eyes everyday.
