Mental Health
Sunday...... Take it slow and allow your soul to catch up with your body.
We are so busy running around like headless chicken trying to make sure food is put on the table, bills are paid, children are taken care off and the list goes on!
But in this rat race we eventually find ourselves so burnt out and able to have the energy to do the basic.

Before this happens to you, I ask that you take an hour out of the 24 hours that you have each day, for yourself. Even if it means just sitting still and allowing your mind to rejuvenate itself. Do it!

Childhood Conditioning

As a child, all I was ever told, was to be quiet when elders are talking. It was always made out to be that, an obedient child always listens and never responds or back chats.Interacting or engage in a conversation was taboo for me.
❓Results in my 20s of my childhood condtioning :

❗Oppressed voice of opinion
❗low self esteam
❗demotivated to speak
❗unable to make new friends
❗introverted personality
❗unable to stand up for what I believe in
❗unable to stand up for myself in my relationships
❗fear of judgment
It was only in my latter 20s, with my yoga practices and meditation🧘 that I began growing the courage to seek help from a life coach without the fear of judgment.

WHAT ARE YOU REALLY FEEDING YOUR CHILD?

children are our investments for a brighter future and society.

In an age where life is becoming more technologically advanced, it is quiet easy to sweep a childs mental health under a modern blanket called technology, only to find out when the child is an ADULT, the seriousness of not addressing your child's mental health issues.

We often hear parents saying :

- give him the phone so he will stop nagging me for attention.
- make sure the wifi is working so that the child can be occupied for longer.
- buy him a tablet so they won't use my phone.

It's time to take a step back and realize the gravity of the negative ripple effects of feeding your child's brain technological food that will have on your life, the child's life and those around them starting from their early adulthood.

The most authentic solution to prevent this major future crisis of a damaged society, is for kids to practice yoga from a young age.
