Not sure what to say after the first few dates or first date? Use any iteration of these examples and adjust them to your style of communication.

I think that at the very least, we owe people kindness and that kindness can be in the form of communication.

Also, having these uncomfortable conversations can help us build our communication skills / Communication muscles.

And for clarification sake, this doesn’t apply for any abusive a dangerous situation in those cases it is best to just walk away without any kind of closure.

I wanted to shed some light on habits, behaviours, and beliefs that negatively affect relationships (with a partner, family, friends, and/or coworkers).

If overlooked, these things can have a compound effect and may lead to resentment, distress, and in some cases, a loss of that relationship.
