"Uphila ngokugula nje" and this is true. The sickness part can be due to a number of reasons.
When we heal, we are basically removing old or trapped and stagnant energy from our bodies and systems, and calling in new and vital energy. As we all know, energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be transformed or transmuted. This is a basic law of science. This causes sickness in any shape or form: Flu, fatigue, anxiety, depression etc. This is your body's way of regulating your system and preparing it to shift to a new frequency. If this didn't happen, your body would probably go into shock. The sickness does not necessarily mean that there is something wrong with your body, the sickness is just a symptom of your body opening up to carry the new light energy and frequency that's now coming in. Hence "uphila ngokugula" - you are sick because you are healing. This where the term "Ingulo" stems from.
I’m not well (as usual) so a lot of the planned work will be disturbed. Also, if I send you a VN please it’s me😮💨it’s not a man it’s me bethuna!
This is part of my work. When Xhosa people call spiritual employment Ingulo they know exactly what they are talking about.
You get sick when you don’t heal. Some forms of healing make you sick. Uphila ngokugula nje. I mean some people have a much better overall experience than others, but ukugula nje is daily life.
But sometimes it’s too much, like now. So unfortunately I can’t do a lot of talking right now. If we are booked for anything this week and I haven’t texted you, please let me know so we can move things around.
