RH Veterinary Physio’s Grey Street came to play today 😈
With less prep than we would have liked, and after fine tuning a few things, this was an outing and really just to have a canter round a track.
Streets had other plans, coming home with a 3rd and a 1st in the 1.20m at KPC’s FEI Challenge!
Well done .brown.equestrian_ for putting in all the work and effort you have. The boy is on TOP form 🤩

I’m starting a trend where I post show results two weeks late- you know, just to build suspense 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

334 Waterwoods Festival 🌿 what a spectacular venue, and I was so thrilled to be there treating at their first big event.

* KP Endorphin and .andrews.kp jumped clear around their first 1.40m track.

* KP Quarter Lemon 6th 1.30m A2, and 13th in the 1.35m 2-phase.

* KP Euphoria Z and .kpstud 8th in 1m A2, 7th in the Champs.

* Rivervale’s Nirvana and coming home with the ticket in every 1m class! 6th, 6th and 8th in the Champs!

* ’s very exciting young mare Chatasia PS, ridden by .korber, seriously impressed at her first big away show, ending off with 11th in the 1m Champs.

Well done everyone! Looking forward to the next one!

Meet the RH Veterinary Physio team for 2025 🤩

Christi-Lyn Davis and Locarno Cruze Can Do It:
Cruze has been representing RH Vet Physio for a while now. He is currently bouncing around the 1.30m classes, and we’re excited for a good year ahead!

Karla Brecher and Susquehanna:
Susquehanna or “Squishy” has also been an RH Vet Physio sponsored horse for a while. She had a bit of time out of competition ring after a colic op, but is back in top form and ready for the year! Currently in the 1.10m, and hoping to move up to the 1.20m consistently this year.

Kaitlyn Pike and Callaho Casselona:
Our perfect grey unicorn is on her way back to the 1.30m with her signature tail flick at the ready! She loves her job and is always such a joy to watch in the ring.

Josh Brown and Grey Street:
Our newest combination to join the team. Streets embodies everything I LOVE about a thoroughbred, and is truly one of the best out there. They jumped their first handful of 1.20m classes at the end of 2024, and are well on their way to the opens this year!

I am so grateful to have such special horses wearing my logo, and even more so to be working with owners and riders who give their all, to make sure their equine partners are feeling their best.

Here’s to an exciting and successful 2025 season 🙌🏼

We are back in action!
I hope all my clients had the most beautiful festive season with all of your loved ones, and special ponies.

After a much needed break at the end of what was a very difficult year, I’m very excited to get back into the swing of things with all my favourite horses.
First bookings are in the diary for Tuesday the 14th, so please contact me to get your ponies back onto their physio schedules.
Please note there will be a small price increase this year. I avoid doing these as far as possible, and will always try to keep things as affordable as possible for everyone.
Looking forward to an exciting year with lots of success!

Some different animals to feature on this page! 🐈

These are some of the kittens at Turffontein training centre, who are part of the fairly large semi-feral colony there. A lot of the trainers are feeding the adults, as well as any kittens born at their yards.
However, sterilisations are hard to carry out, and as a result, there are lots of kittens being born.

The amazing Simone Kotze, who is a vet and based at Turffontein, has been caring for as many kittens as possible, and also sterilising where possible, but until now a lot of this has been done out of her own pocket.

I’m appealing to my amazing clients and fellow animal lovers, to help with any small donations which will go towards the meds needed to sterilise the adult and young adult cats.
Any small amount helps! Donations could be added to invoices when your horses are treated, paid separately to the bank details on the invoices, or alternatively I could provide people with Dr Simone’s bank details directly.

I’ll be making an effort to update on any of the cats Simone manages to sterilise, as well as any kittens who may need homes (the ones in this post have thankfully all found their families 🩷)
