Easter is a meaningful opportunity for connection. And at ISISA, we focus on combating loneliness through meaningful festive activities that bring joy to our patients, while ensuring safe, quality care in the comfort of their homes. It’s also a time to encourage family engagement and adapt celebrations to each individual’s health needs.

Our caregivers experience deep fulfilment in their roles, often describing their work as a “helper’s high.” Through meaningful connections, they bring joy, purpose, and comfort, while preserving dignity and creating special moments. This Easter, we celebrate the compassion that turns everyday care into acts of love.

Compassion, Connection, and Celebration, at Home with You.

The second Thursday in March is World Kidney Day and Isisa Health Care is raising awareness about the silent nature of chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Kidney disease often shows no early warning signs — but early detection can save lives.

Through education, prevention, and dedicated support, we’re helping patients manage kidney health confidently at home.

On World Kidney Day — and every day — we celebrate the vital role our caregivers play in supporting kidney patients at home.

From guiding diet and medication routines to offering emotional encouragement, our caregivers help patients stay on track. They assist with monitoring blood pressure and blood sugar, support daily health management, and ensure patient’s daily needs are met.

Their compassion and dedication make a meaningful difference in every patient’s journey.

We encourage you to know your numbers. Get tested. Protect your kidneys!

At Isisa Home Care, we emphasise that a healthy lifestyle is a priority. A proactive, daily commitment is non-negotiable in the prevention and management of chronic, non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Our approach centres on routine and personalised support, particularly for seniors and individuals living alone, to enhance overall quality of life and help maintain independence.

On Healthy Lifestyle Awareness Day, our Carers actively promote physical, mental, and nutritional well-being through engaging, personalised activities. The focus is on encouraging small, sustainable, and enjoyable lifestyle changes. Key actions include promoting gentle movement, providing nutritious meals, enhancing mental stimulation, and fostering meaningful social connections—supporting patients in adopting healthier daily habits.

Alongside these initiatives, Carers continue to deliver essential daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication administration, assistance with mobilisation, and oral care. This ensures comfort, dignity, and continuity of care throughout the day.

At ISISA, we view Valentine’s Day as a critical opportunity to combat senior loneliness, emphasising that it is not only a celebration of romance, but a time to express appreciation, love, and compassion for our elderly clients. We focus on creating meaningful moments through companionship and thoughtful gestures - such as handmade cards, sharing memories, and providing personalised care, helping seniors feel valued, connected, and emotionally supported.

Our Carers celebrate Valentine’s Day with patients by prioritising companionship and gentle, low-stress activities that foster connection and uplift spirits. These may include crafting handmade cards for loved ones, baking heart-shaped treats, watching romantic movies or listening to meaningful music, and decorating living spaces to brighten the atmosphere and boost morale. Alongside these moments, carers continue to provide essential daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication administration, assistance with mobilisation, and oral care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and continuity of care throughout the day.

Meet Primrose Masoka, one of ISISA Home Care’s devoted caregivers. With boundless patience, genuine compassion, and a love for helping others, she ensures every client feels safe, respected, and cared for.

As Primrose puts it, “Being a caregiver requires a deep sense of love, patience, and dedication. It is a role that demands time, compassion, and understanding, especially during moments when others feel most vulnerable. I have always been a caring, considerate, and easy-going person, and caregiving allows me to express these qualities naturally.
I truly love what I do and approach my work with genuine passion and kindness. Taking care of people and seeing them feel safe, respected, and happy is a gift to me. It brings me great fulfilment to support the elderly and those in need during uncomfortable or challenging situations, and to make a positive difference in their daily lives.

Working for ISISA Healthcare has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I am grateful for the supportive team environment and the strong, trusting relationships I am able to build with our patients. I take pride in combining my caregiving skills and experience with a commitment to providing personalised, dignified, and comforting care, always tailored to each client’s individual needs and wishes.”

Energetic hands, a loving heart, and an easy-going spirit—dedicated to your well-being.
