Our Story
This is a page for men who fall into the age category of 40 years plus.
Not to say men under the age of 40 will not benefit as well because there are way too many men under the age of 40 who need to change their lifestyles and rediscover some of the energy they had as teenagers.
But I just feel men over the age of 40 & 50 will be able to relate a little better
There are many different sources of information about weight training , bodybuilding , strength and conditioning available . I should know because for the past 34 years I have used these exact sources plus many more to do the various sports I love and more importantly live by.
But for many men who suddenly realize that they want to turn back the clock a few years and regain some of the fitness, vigour and energy they took for granted in their twenties , less so in their thirties and even less in their forties , and virtually zero in their fifties it just seems to be an unrealistic objective and a mountain too high to climb.
I do not profess to be an expert in this field because quite frankly we are learning more and more every day , nor do I have certificates or diplomas in the field of fitness to substantiate who I am , but what I know I have learnt through 34 years of experience having played numerous sports my entire life including taking up a few relatively late such as submisson wrestling . The one constant sporting activity that I have always done alongside all the other sports is weight training not as an either or but as foundational strength training to improve my ability in all other sporting activities
