Recapping our Funda Ngo Thando’s little learner’s assessment week! 🥹✨ For the week, the children learnt key developmental skills namely:

Balance
Fine motor skills
Gross motor skills
Number recognition
Shape sorting
Matching numberals to sets
Coordination
Shape and colour matching

And they had an amazing time doing so! ❤️✨

The beautiful Jacaranda tree hanging elegantly over our ECD! ❤️ The greenery at our early childhood development really makes the space a friendly and inviting environment for the children at Funda Ngo Thando. ✨

At Funda Ngo Thando ECD, we take every opportunity to make learning fun and engaging. Our ECD children worked together to build various structures using all if the blocks provided to them. The purpose of the activity was to develop social, language and fine motor skills. ❤️✨🧸

Our ECD is running a Book Donation Drive to build a magical little library for our young learners! We're collecting gently used or new children's books to inspire imagination, literacy, and learning.

Every book donated makes a world of a difference.

Our children at Funda Ngo Thando celebrated the beauty of all of the different cultures within Africa! 🌍

We loved seeing all of the colourful traditional outfits. Days like these encourage our children to grow up proud of who they are, and where they come from. ✨

Heritage Day is about shaping confident, caring, and connected individuals for the future. 💕
