We’re Hiring | Head Chef — Oxford Healthcare Retreat, Johannesburg

Oxford Healthcare Retreat is a boutique luxury wellness guesthouse in Melrose North, Johannesburg. We offer our guests an experience built around genuine restoration and the food we serve is an integral part of that.

We are looking for a Head Chef who understands that nourishing food is not simply fuel, but an essential part of the healing process. Someone who brings both culinary skill and a genuine passion for wholesome, wellness-focused cuisine to everything they prepare.

The role involves:
Planning and preparing healthy, nourishing meals for retreat guests and day visitors, working within a small, dedicated team that takes exceptional care seriously.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally within a wellness, hospitality or boutique guesthouse environment
• Has a strong understanding of nutritious, whole-food cooking
• Takes pride in the quality and presentation of every plate
• Works with care, consistency and attention to detail
