The season can affect your mood? There is a genuine disorder called (SAD) Seasonal affective disorder.

This occurs mostly during the colder winter months or rainy seasons. It is thought that shorter days and less sunshine sets off a chemical change in the brain leading to symptoms of depression.

If you are experiencing feelings of sadness, try making use of light therapy and positive psychology, or in severe cases antidepressants can help treat SAD.
