From a young age, boys are taught to be strong. But strength isn't silence.

“Boys don’t cry.”
“Man up.”
“Be a man.”

These words might sound small, but they shape big parts of who we become.

When boys are told to hide their feelings, they grow into men who struggle to share their pain. Being stoic isn’t always strength—it can be a shield from connection, healing, and growth.

🧠 True strength is being vulnerable.
💬 True courage is saying, "I'm not okay."
🧍🏽♂️True manhood includes feeling—deeply and honestly.

Let’s raise boys who are allowed to feel. Who cry. Who reach out.
Let’s redefine what it means to “be a man.”
