Hi I’m Cindy. I’m a Exercise coach or Personal Trainer. My business is called Be Active.

I love to help my clients reach their fitness and personal goals to become fit, strong & healthy and to be able to enjoy life, the way your body should.

Reaching fitness goals can only be achieved by having the following in place...
(1) Exercise,
(2). Healthy eating plan
(3). Positive mind set.
For this reason I offer...
1. A safe and effective training programs, balanced according to your goals and capabilities.
2. You will receive an assessment where I take your Height, Weight, BMI, Fat %, body CM & blood pressure.
3. Nutritional advice with a eating plan, handy tips and guidelines, and supplement advice.

I can train 1-on-1 private training, partner trading and group training.

I train clients at their homes, park, office, online (Zoom / Skype/ Teams) and at the gym. I’m based at WICO Fitness (50 Chrisoliet road Jukskei Park, Fourways, JHB). NO GYM FEES.
Basically anywhere!!!

Prices change depending on if it at the gym or if I have to drive out. Also different packages for the 1-on-1, partner or group.

Always have snacks like cashew nuts and dried fruit with u. So if u get hungry u can snack on that instead of get junk from the shops!
