In dealing with individuals and their deep seated woundedness & hurtful events that manifest in depression,
anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders or suffering at the hand of an abuser, trauma or unresolved bereavement, I use Hypnotherapy, Hypno-Coaching, NLP & Neuro-Semantic techniques to help release toxicity stored on cellular levels in the body, allowing for emotional, physical and mental healing and release. I also help to reframe their experiences to discover the "wisdom in their wounds", giving new meaning to their experiences. Creating new neural-pathways, a new way of thinking and being. Creating a positive, domino effect in all areas of their lives. Calling them back to their authentic selves. Further transformational growth takes place through behavioral-change Hypno-Coaching and Self-Worth-Work. Towards alignment with one's greater potential, Self-Actualization & Spiritual-Transcendence. Turning back to the Divine, irrespective which religion one may be following. In group-format, through willful, respectful, communication, collaboration, inclusivity and sharing of knowledge, we gain understanding, deeper tolerance and love for others. Facilitating social cohesion and peace building. Going through healing and transformational processes together, we realize our "sameness", our humanity and our true essence of Love within us, that unites us. As a revert to Islam since 1992 and my personal journey since childhood, I have extensively been involved in Interfaith Dialogue & Discussions with international organizations as a Speaker and Panelist. I have also had my own Television Programs on the Islamic TV channel, iTV, Ch. 347 DSTV, for a number of years. As a Traditional Doctor in Ethnopsychology, a Hypnotherapist, NLP & Neuro-Semantics Practitioner, Life- Business- Relationship- & Personal Excellence Coach, (qualified but nonpracticing - Reiki Master, Crystal Healer and Flying Star Feng Shui Consultant), my experience since 2001, with a cosmopolitan of coaching clients and therapy patients, I continue to expand my horizons with informal studies, networking and as a Speaker & Panelist at public speaking events such as on GBV&F & Mental Health topics related.
