Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises works directly with the body’s nervous system, helping it release stress that has been stored from trauma, anxiety, or ongoing pressure.

Rather than talking about stress, TRE allows the body to physically discharge it through natural tremoring.

Here’s what happens in the nervous system:

TRE started with my family.
My son's story....

I had to watch my son suffer with nausea and headaches for a year and a half. I tried every single test that we possibly could and none of them made an impact.

He couldn't go out and play, he actually couldn't even function. He just held his stomach tossing and turning on the couch all day long.

It was worse when he was hungry but he was nauseas so he had to force food down. Dairy made it worse, anything fried made it worse, so we tried cutting out so many food types.

Someone recommended TRE to me.

I was so desperate that I would've tried anything.
We went for 6 sessions and I thought it was weird but I was told it would be a slow process. (He also barely moved in the sessions so honestly I thought I'm basically paying to watch my son lie in a strange position on the floor 😆)

We stuck it out and only on the 8th session did he finally start feeling the difference.

This was 2 years ago. Not one episode like this again.

I could not believe what I had seen.
So many other parents in the same position.

Crying about how they are going through the same thing and no amount of doctors and meds are helping.
I studied this because this is the answer that so many of us are looking for.

Relieving the body of stress, trauma, anxiety, bad experiences that are released in the form of illness, diseases, pain.

It gets physically stored in your fascia, messing up your nervous system and nothing helps until you release it. No meds, not talk therapy, no tests.

I am not bashing these things.

Recent research suggests mothers, especially working mothers, often experience very high cortisol levels. The constant demands of caregiving, managing a household, and balancing work responsibilities can feel comparable to multiple full-time roles at once.

Motherhood leaves little uninterrupted time for rest. Frequent multitasking, noise, sleep disruption, and the emotional pressure many describe as “mom guilt” can keep the body in a prolonged stress response.
