Fruit juices can change the way your body absorbs medicine, leading to serious side effects or reduced treatment results. This happens because certain natural compounds in fruits block or boost the enzymes that process medication in your liver and gut.

Here are some of the most dangerous combinations to avoid:

⚠️ Grapefruit juice

Can increase drug levels in your blood, leading to overdose-like effects.

Avoid if taking:
• Statins (for cholesterol, e.g. simvastatin, atorvastatin)
• Blood pressure meds (nifedipine, verapamil)
• Anxiety meds (buspirone)
• Immunosuppressants (cyclosporine, tacrolimus)

It’s allowing yourself to be seen, heard, and supported.

Seeking support means giving yourself permission to lean into safe spaces — therapy, healing circles, or a trusted friend who listens without judgment. It might mean working with a mentor, energy healer, or therapist who can hold space for your story and help you navigate what surfaces.

Healing the mother wound often means learning where you end and others begin.

If your boundaries were ignored, dismissed, or punished growing up, it can feel unfamiliar — even wrong — to protect your emotional space now. But boundaries aren’t walls. They’re acts of self-love.

When you begin setting emotional boundaries, you’re saying:
✨ “My feelings matter.”
✨ “It’s not my job to fix or carry everyone else’s pain.”
✨ “I can love others without abandoning myself.”

Reparenting yourself means becoming the loving, nurturing, and safe presence you always needed — and still deserve.

It’s the act of gently rebuilding trust with yourself… showing up with kindness, patience, and care, especially when old wounds surface.
You begin to create safety within — a feeling that no longer depends on anyone else’s approval or affection.

💗 Here’s how to begin:
✨ Speak kindly to yourself. Replace criticism with compassion. Say, “It’s okay, I’m learning,” instead of “I should’ve known better.”
✨ Keep promises to yourself. When you say you’ll rest, create, or move your body — honour it. Consistency builds inner trust.
✨ Nurture your inner child. Do small things that bring joy or comfort — draw, dance, light a candle, or spend time in nature.
✨ Create safety. Notice when your nervous system feels triggered, and ground yourself with deep breaths or gentle movement.

Reparenting is the art of becoming your own home — a place where you are accepted, soothed, and loved just as you are. 🌸
