AECI delivers a strong performance for the year ended 31 December 2025
Today, AECI released its full‑year results, showcasing a marked improvement in both operational and financial performance. This momentum reflects disciplined pricing, cost and margin management, and a focused strategic effort to strengthen the Group’s core fundamentals.

Key achievements include :
• Record EBITDA of R2.7 billion in AECI Mining, with margins improving to 15%.
• Exceptional free cash flow conversion of 133% in AECI Chemicals.
• R2.2 billion realised from the disposal of non‑core assets.
• Net debt reduction from R3.7 billion to R0.5 billion.

February was a month of focused development at AECI Plant Health, where we hosted 15 of our Crop Advisers from the southern region for the Trusted Crop Adviser module within our Excellence Program.

The programme reinforces that trusted advisory goes beyond technical and crop expertise. Strong business understanding and people skills are equally important in building sustainable, long-term partnerships with growers.

Februarie was 'n maand van gefokusde ontwikkeling by AECI Plantgesondheid, waar ons 15 Gewasadviseurs van die suidelike streek vir die Vertroude Gewasadviseur-module binne ons Uitnemendheidsprogram aangebied het.
Die program versterk dat vertroude advies verder gaan as tegniese en gewaskundigheid. Sterk sakebegrip en mensevaardighede is ewe belangrik in die bou van volhoubare, langtermynvennootskappe met produsente.
