Our Festival follows a gentle daily rhythm designed to support both energy and rest.

Mornings invite movement and mindfulness, helping you arrive fully in your body. Late mornings are dedicated to talks and panel discussions, offering insight, perspective, and practical tools you can take into daily life.

Afternoons open into workshops and experiential sessions, where learning becomes embodied and personal. Evenings soften into slower practices, reflection, and connection - allowing the day to settle and integrate.

You don’t need to do everything. The flow is there to support choice, balance, and ease.

The Town Hall is the heart of our morning programme — a place where we come together to listen, learn, and engage.

As the Kenton Wellness Festival 2026 programme takes shape, we find ourselves reflecting on last year - the conversations, the laughter, the moments of stillness, and the sense of community that unfolded so naturally.

What started as an inspiration became a shared experience, bringing together practitioners and participants in a space of curiosity, learning, and connection.

We’re now gearing up to announce the practitioners who will be joining us in 2026, and we can’t wait to share what’s taking shape.
