Do you have a health routine you follow?
“I believe health isn’t just about your body—it’s also about your mind and soul. That’s why I start my day with a coffee and a protein shake while I journal, spend some quiet time with God, and write down the tasks I want to complete for the day—it keeps me grounded and on track. I eat very healthy during the day, like soup in winter or a fresh salad in summer for lunch, something simple and light. In the evenings, we actually have our bigger meal. I know it’s not what the books recommend, but I believe your health routine should fit the way you live. For us, evenings are family time—we love food and we love being together, so that’s when we cook something special and enjoy it around the table.”
