Most of you have probably never seen a Thyroid, but I have and I tell you it looks just like a Pineapple. Funny enough pineapples have high levels of Iodine that are perfect for the health and daily function of your thyroid.
If ya didn’t know your thyroid is like the gas petal for your body, if it’s low then you're not going to be running very fast and if it’s high it’s like super octane all the time. The thyroid regulates body’s temperature and metabolism. Metabolism keeps us young and keeps the cells rejuvenating.
I’ve always loved the pentagons all over the pineapple, it represents a Fortress to me… Kinda cool and I think it actually will protect us from radiation and many other things… Did you know just the color yellow deflects radiation?
Pineapple’s work great for viruses that cause coughs and colds. Even when you are already infected with such ailment, pineapples can help you. These fruits have bromelain, which is effective in healing the cause of coughs and loosening mucus.
Eating pineapples can greatly alleviate the pain of arthritis while at the same time improve the condition by strengthening the bones. Apart from arthritis, it can also improve other similar conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and gout.
Bromelain found in pineapples works to neutralize fluids to ensure that they are not too acidic. It also helps regulate the secretions in the pancreas to aid in digestion. Apart from that, since bromelain has protein-digesting properties, it can keep the digestive tract healthy.
The potassium in pineapple juice can help you maintain the proper electrolyte balance to prevent muscle cramps and soreness. This mineral also promotes proper kidney functioning…
With all that said, EAT SOME FRICKIN PINEAPPLE!!!
