I used to get a flu every single winter - until I healed my gut.
Now I rarely get sick, even when I am exposed to my clients daily, of whom most get sick at some point.
This is not coincidence, or fresh air from the ocean.
70-80% of your immune cells reside in the gut.
The fact that people who got worse symptoms from Covid, or long Covid, had bad gut health, is therefore not surprising.
So forget getting shots - take care of your gut and you don't have to worry about the latest virus or an annual flu.
(Remember that poor sleep, inadequate recovery from workouts and unmanaged stress all will undo efforts to improve your immunity - so make sleep, recovery and stress management a priority - all which affect your gut health significantly, by the way!)
