When we do not have clear boundaries, life can start to feel heavy. We may find ourselves saying yes too often, feeling drained, or even becoming resentful.
Boundaries are a way of protecting our energy. They remind us that it is okay to pause, to say no, and to choose what feels right for us.
When we practise boundaries, we make space for relationships that feel safe and respectful, and for a version of ourselves that feels steady and cared for.
