For the past few years, I have had a client who regularly asks me to energetically check in on their parents and to send Reiki whenever one of them has experienced hospitalisation, operations, or periods of physical decline.
One parent had gradually lost all sight and had become completely blind in both eyes. Over the past 18 months, I was guided to consistently send distance Reiki and to build healing grids around the individual’s energy field.
Because permission was not granted directly from the parent themselves, I first had to connect with their guides to determine whether I was spiritually permitted to assist in this way. Free will is sacred. Energy cannot be forced. Where attention goes, energy flows.
The guides allowed the healing work to unfold and began revealing deeper energetic patterns connected to the emotional and spiritual root causes behind certain physical conditions. The sessions became less about “fixing” and more about understanding the frequency the body and soul were operating within.
Smells came through strongly during sessions, alongside repeated messages about the future — specifically around speaking life into the future rather than feeding fear into the present reality.
What became clear was that much of what the parent was experiencing had become intertwined with fear projections, emotional heaviness, and energetic stagnation connected to life circumstances and unresolved emotional imprints.
I was guided to provide affirmations, energetic support, and practical spiritual guidance that my client could then gently share with their parent.
Then, a very traumatic event occurred.
During this experience, I could feel that the parent was deeply in the astral and standing at what felt like an exit point — a moment where the soul could choose whether to leave or remain.
Because of the energetic work that had already been done over time within the field, the soul appeared able to recognise life, choose life, and return fully back into the body.
They pulled through.
Since then, the parent has regained 36% of their eyesight.
I cannot say exactly what created the shift. I do not know whether every piece of guidance was followed physically, whether timelines shifted energetically, or whether the collective focus on healing created the opening for change.
What I do know is that energy responds to attention, intention, belief, and frequency!!!!
When multiple people hold the vision of healing, possibility, restoration, and life — rather than continuously affirming fear, decline, or limitation — the energetic field begins to reorganise itself around a different potential.
Energy work is not magic. It is not control. It is not forcing outcomes.
It is about coherence.
It is about consciousness.
It is about creating enough safety, support, and alignment within the energetic field for the body, mind, and soul to remember that healing is possible.
Sometimes healing happens physically. Sometimes emotionally. Sometimes spiritually. Sometimes it arrives simply as peace.
But when fear is no longer being constantly fed, and life is intentionally spoken into the future, reality itself can begin to soften and shift in ways we cannot always logically explain. ✨
