When appointments are canceled late or not honored, it leaves me with an open slot I often can't fill on short notice.
Unfortunately, this means lost time and income.
To respect everyone's time (yours and mine), including clients who wait to book, please take note of the future Cancellation Policy of Madame Et Monsieur as from
01 August 2025 :
✅Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no cancellation fee.
❗Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
⛔Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
