What a year it has been! 🤩

As 2025 comes to an end, I’m filled with gratitude reflecting on a year of growth, learning, and connection. From growing my practice to meeting new patients, this year has truly been rewarding on every level. 👩🏼‍⚕️🩺🙏🏼

SUMMER REMINDER: THE TWO-FINGER-RULE:✌🏽

When it comes to sunscreen, amount matters! Applying less means your skin is not getting the full protection it deserves.🧴🌞

THE TWO-FINGER RULE:
Apply a line of sunscreen along your index and middle finger. This is enough for your face and neck.

Remember to reapply every 2 hours, especially if sweating or swimming.🏊🏻‍♀️💦
