2025 - I THINK IT IS WRAP! ➡️
Last week I was standing in my kitchen and said out loud ‘ I don’t want to have this year again’. Yet, a few seconds later I realised that the statement was bold and not 100% true.
There are definitely parts that I don’t want to have ever again, but there are many parts that I am grateful for.
This is written from my heart, being authentic and saying it as it is.
Lessons learned, gifts received from 2025: 💚 🩵
1. Quality over quantity – in everything.
2. Things that I carried – anger, resentment, jealousy – pointless.
3. Learn to let it go – some people, things and stuff.
4. Learn to be grounded.
5. Perfection is not real.
6. Try to be consistent.
7. Be kind to yourself and others.
8. Stop bullsh*tting yourself and others. It is ok to have a bad day, it is not always going to good or great.
9. Go back to the basics.
10. Healthy habits – that serve you.
11. Not everything that you think or feel need to be said.
12. When needed- stay silent.
13. Not everything that is broken must be fixed.
14. Your health will make or break you. Find practitioners that you trust and that specialize in what you need – i.e. menopause is NO joke.
15. Comparison is human- if you need to, compare yourself to people that you admire and aspire to be like.
16. I have made some of the worst and some of the best decisions this year – I vow to learn from them. ‼️
17. I have learned that I need to stop sacrificing my needs to keep others happy.
18. Not everything is a competition. And even if it is – are you in the race?
19. Your success and my success will be different. That is what makes you - YOU.
20. Do what sets your soul on fire.
21. Be an active participant in your own life.
