LETS MAKE FLAT BREAD WITH FRESH HERBS

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour

3/4 cup water or milk (adjust for consistency)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)

1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for cooking)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley or cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

1. Make the Liquid Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually whisk in the water or milk until you get a smooth, pancake-like batter. Adjust the liquid as needed.

Stir in the minced garlic and olive oil. Add fresh herbs for extra flavor.

2. Heat the Pan

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little olive oil.

3. Cook the Flatbread

Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the hot skillet, spreading it gently into a thin, even layer.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form and the edges begin to set.

Flip the flatbread and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
