When: 2 October 2025, (1st Thursday)
Time: anytime, please stay home and watch your candles burn out.
- no tlof-tlof, no meat, no seafood, no chicken on Thursday.

Why: Let's release ourselves from bonds that no longer serve us. May they not be a part of your tomorrow.

You will need:

None heat conducting surface or candle holders
2 white candles
String/ thread/ wool (any color)
Handful of salt

- carve your name of a candle and balance it on your left side.
- carve "negative energies " on the other candle and then balance it on your right side.
- make a circle with salt, ensuring that both candles are inside the circle
- loop your string along the neck of your candles
- light left candle and then take another match stick and light the candle on your right
- reading psalm 54, then pour your heart out.
- leave the candle to burn out completely
- take the salt and pour down the drain.

If you miss this 1st Thursday, you can always try 1st Thursday of the next month.
