Today is the winter solstice - the shortest day and longest night of the year - marking the peak of winter and the gradual return of summer. A hopeful message to us all - light and warmth will return! We’re almost there! We need just soldier through this last bit of winter.💪🏼

It’s been a short and hectic week for the majority of us. We celebrated Youth Day on Monday… May our youth be reminded that things can and will eventually change, just like the seasons do.💙

Pardon our silence. The last 4 months have been hectic! Our dear receptionist was on maternity leave and running the office without her help was a mammoth task!

It has been great to welcome Pheladi back! She missed her baby girl the first couple of days but now she is fully back into the swing of things, booking clients and welcoming them when they arrive/check-in for their face to face and online counselling.

Congratulations Mashapa family on your new baby girl and welcome back Pheladi!

Our first Personal Growth Course for 2025 is around the corner! Online registration for our February course is open and we are excited for another year of successful training and growth.
