Abafazi Abakhayo "Women who Build" Founded in 2017 by Jill da Silva, to empower others to create
self-mobilisation. I am a life coach; a relationship coach and a strategic helping practitioner.

Skilled in CBT and NLP therapy, My focus is to be be a conduit for change. Breaking down patterns that leads to negative emotional states, that keeps us from living a happy balanced and fulfilled life. My framework is based on effective lasting change quickly. I offer private sessions, in person or over zoom but do feel free to join me in my weekly free support group session. Its 30 minutes of your life that may just be a meaningful experience.
