It's ok to want MORE
Somewhere along the way, we started believing that feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and just “getting through the day” is normal. That we should simply be grateful for what we have and push through—because taking time for ourselves feels selfish.

But here’s the truth: Wanting more energy, more joy, and better health doesn’t make you selfish.

When you prioritize your well-being, you’re not just doing it for yourself—you’re doing it for those around you. A more energized, vibrant YOU is a better partner, friend, mom and leader. You set the example, inspire others, and show up fully for the people you love.

So let go of the guilt. You have permission to take care of yourself. To reclaim your energy. To feel good again.
