✨ A month ago, I hit a bit of a wall with my own personal goals. As you might’ve seen in earlier posts, I decided to walk the talk—I signed up for a personal training program and got myself a coach. 💪
Then came the curveball: “You’ll be on holiday soon,” my coach said. And my first thought? Gym while traveling? In the Netherlands? That felt like a stretch too far.
But guess what? Here I am—just finished my first-ever session in a hotel gym, feeling strong, proud, and most of all… confident. 🌟
The truth? Growth often lives just outside our comfort zone. I had to challenge my own assumptions—about what’s possible, what’s realistic, and what I believed I couldn’t do. And the best part? I proved myself wrong.
🧠 Our minds are powerful. What we believe about ourselves, about how life “should” be—these beliefs shape our habits, choices, and health. But they aren’t set in stone.
