Mr. Ndinga started MRH Communications Office in 2018 under Mrs. E.T. Madubela who was the CEO at that time. The office was established as per the needs of Regional Hospital service package. "When I came I started the office from scratch, there was no office space, no furniture and no communication policy", he said.

AD Patient Admin Mr. T. Oliphant said MRH has lost an assert and a hard working, dedicated person who ran communications office alone for a period of five years. "The office will never be the same", he concluded.

Mrs. N. Maqolo represenred Nursing Division and described Mr. Ndinga as a calm and collected person, a soft spoken advisor who guarded departmental protocols and corporate guidelines. "Togather with Mr. Ndinga we organised many successful events. His first success was 2018 Employee Awards, he worked tirelessly to ensure that awards event was a success, " said Maqholo.

Organised Labour bid farewell to Mr. Ndinga. Mr. S. Hloma asked him to go and represent MRH well.

The day was well organised and his colleagues from Strategy and planning worked very hard to ensure it is a success. Mr. Ndinga thanked everyone who organized the day and promised to represent MRH well wherever he goes.
