What is the Rotator Cuff? 🦾
A group of 4 muscles + tendons that stabilize your shoulder and allow lifting & rotation of your arm.

💥 Common Injuries:

- Tendinitis → inflammation from overuse
- Tears → partial or complete (common in athletes & older adults)
- Impingement → tendons get “pinched” under the shoulder blade

Understanding Sciatica 💢

That sharp, shooting pain down your leg? It might not just be “back pain” — it could be sciatica.

Sciatica happens when the sciatic nerve (the longest nerve in your body) is irritated or compressed, often due to a slipped disc, tight muscles, or poor posture.

⚡ Common symptoms:
✅ Pain radiating from the lower back down the leg
✅ Tingling or numbness
✅ Weakness in the affected leg

💡 The good news? With the right exercises, movement therapy, and postural changes, sciatica can be managed and relieved — no need to “just live with it.”

👣 Tip: Keep moving! Prolonged sitting can make sciatica worse. Gentle stretching and strengthening can go a long way.
