🔥Are you constantly thinking about the worst-case-scenario? 🔥

This type of catastrophic thinking has the power to transform a rainy day into a flood warning, a small mistake into a career ending blunder, cancelled plans into personal rejection, or a mild cough into a terminal illness. 💥

This is what anxiety does to your mind: It is like a GPS that only gives you directions to the worst-case scenarios. If you blindly follow these directions you will arrive at a destination you don't want to be at.

You need to steer your brain in a different direction that is more helpful and productive instead of allowing it to constantly go to the default setting of worst-case-scenario thinking. What are other plausible alternative outcomes of the scenario? Write them down and revisit them after a while to see what really happened in the end. This can boost your brain's ability to think less catastrophically.
