This past weekend, our physio invested in advancing her skills at the 2026 International Federation of Orthopaedic Manual and Musculoskeletal Physical Therapists (IFOMPT) Symposium in Cape Town — diving deeper into evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and hands-on techniques to better serve you. Because great care isn’t accidental… it’s intentional.

And of course, learning in the Mother City comes with its own magic 🌊🏔️
Between sessions, there was a chance to soak in the beauty, energy, and perspective that only Cape Town can offer — a reminder that balance fuels better care too.
