6 Simple steps to take special care of your retinas and prevent vision impairment and possible permanent vision loss:
𝟭. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘁
Poor diet containing insufficient nutrients can cause the health of the retina to degrade. Make sure that you include fresh and green vegetables and fruits, as well as fresh eggs and lean fish and meat.
