Traumatic events are hard enough to survive the first time they happen but so often we keep hurting ourselves by allowing them to play on repeat in our mind.

Pouring over every detail, maticulously looking for clues of how we aloud it to happen, perhaps beating ourselves up for not having been able to see what’s coming.

In order to heal you must take control of your internal dialogue so that you don’t repeatedly poison yourself for weeks, months, years and sometimes the rest of your life.

Reverse engineer your results. Sounds so simple and it is.

If you want a fit body and a slim figure:
Go to gym, prioritise your diet.

If you want to grow your social media presence:
Prioritise posting content everyday.

If you want to get great marks at school:
Prioritise studying everyday.

If you want to stop drinking:
Prioritise how you spend your down time and work on the root cause of why you are drinking so much.

In a world of so many solutions getting the support you need is key to helping you take the necessary actions towards the outcomes you want.

Look, a belief is just something you have thought enough times for it to become embedded in your subconscious as a fact.

Thats a powerful concept.

Now ask yourself, what could you believe choose to believe that would give you a better outcome?

Start small with one solid positive thought.

Here’s a few:
I am enough as I am.
I have phenomenal coping skills so I will figure something out.
Everything is working out in my favor.

Repeat until it feels like a belief…
